BetBull has made the difficult decision to close its operations on 03/07/2022. Please find the below FAQ section to answer some of the questions you may have, including key dates.

BetBull will soon cease all gambling activity, however customers will be able to log into their accounts until 03/07/2022 to withdraw their funds as normal. The BetBull Customer Support team will process any manual withdrawals after that date. Customers can contact BetBull Customer Support via email [email protected].


FAQ

When is the last day to register at BetBull?
The last day to register at BetBull is 20/06/2022. You cannot register after that date.


Can I still deposit funds?
BetBull will stop accepting deposits on 20/06/2022.

 
From 24/06/2022 (midnight), until 03/07/2022, the only activity users will be able to conduct on BetBull will be withdrawals.


How do I withdraw my funds?
Withdrawal functionality will be maintained until 03/07/2022.

What happens to my remaining account balance if I don’t withdraw before 03/07/2022?
We recommend that you withdraw your account balance prior to 03/07/2022, to ensure you receive your funds in an efficient manner.
 
If you do not withdraw your account balance, BetBull will make every attempt to return your funds and will attempt to refund any account balance due to you through the payment method you have stored in your account.


BetBull will attempt the withdrawal on your behalf using the payment method(s) stored on your account; note that refunds may take up to 21 days to be processed.


Where we are unable to make a refund to you, we will contact you via email to collect updated details from you. Should we not be able to process the withdrawal, or your balance is less than £1, you will need to contact customer services to request a refund.


What date will betting become unavailable?
BetBull will stop accepting bets on 24/06/2022 (midnight).

What happens to my outstanding bets?
Open bets on events that will be completed on or before 26/06/2022 (midnight) will remain active and will be settled as usual.

Open bets that will be completed after 26/06/2022 (midnight) will be voided and the stake amount will be returned to your account for withdrawal.


Do I need to close my account, or can I let it expire?
There is no need to close your account. However, in order to avoid delays in processing withdrawals, we highly recommend that you withdraw all funds in your account before 03/07/2022.

Will I have an option to cash out open bets?
The cashout functionality will be available until 26/06/2022 (midnight); bets that settle after 26/06/2022 (midnight) will be voided and the stake amount will be returned to your account for withdrawal.

Can I add a new payment method to withdraw my funds?
You will be able to withdraw using the method of payment registered on your account.

My account is locked/timed-out/suspended. Can I still withdraw my funds?
If your account is locked/timed-out (i.e. on cool-down), you can still withdraw your funds.  Please contact Customer Support for assistance via email [email protected].
 
What happens to my account information once the site is shut down?
Account information will be securely held and maintained in accordance with applicable data protection and regulatory requirements.  For further general information about how we manage personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Can I download/view my bet history or win/loss statement?
You can view your bet history in the My Bets section of the app prior to 03/07/2022. If you require these details after that date, or If you require any additional information, please contact Customer Service. Until 03/07/22, we are available via email at [email protected].
